Refunds and exchanges

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Please keep your proof of purchase.
• Items damaged by misuse or normal wear cannot be returned.
• If the mistake is ours, we will guide you through the return or exchange.
• If the return is not due to our mistake, courier charges are paid by the customer.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the item.

Exchanges depend on product availability. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
